Sports Nutrition

1 month: $200

If you have tired muscles after a short period of working out, if you unsure of what to eat to maintain your top health, or if you want to change your body composition, contact me and I can help you to create the best you that you can be.

The session includes:

  1. nutrition plan
  2. list of food and (if wanted) recipes for meals
  3. body composition testing
  4. 1 personal training session

I will explain why I created your plan for you the way that I did and we will work together to make sure that you enjoy what you are eating so that you can maintain your healthy lifestyle.

Personal Training

60 minutes: $60

Feeling tired all the time?  Wanting to get rid of some extra body fat?  Want to gain strength?  Give me a call.  I can help you to find the most effective way for you to be the best version of you that you can be.  

Services Include:

  1. fitness plan
  2. checking your BMI
  3. tips and videos on proper techniques
  4. tips for types of food to help you accomplish your goals

We will design a fitness plan that you enjoy, but will challenge you.  I will take video and pictures of how you move and I will show you side by side comparissons with proper moves and see if you need to make any adjustments, which I will help you with.  The plan will be designed in a way that you will be able to maintain your new you.
